Sitting on a 1.3 acre view lot, this home is a mix of Spanish and Contemporary. The front courtyard leads to a 9’x10′ glass entry door. Natural light feels the home with over-sized windows throughout. A 12 foot monitor adds extra light to the kitchen. The living area is complete with exposed beams and a block fireplace. Marble, talavera and cement tiles were used in the three bathrooms. The raised patio, along with an outdoor fireplace and pergola, steps down to the pool which was also installed during construction.
