Create Blueprint
We will reach out to you to set up a meeting where we discuss your ideas & then we create a blueprint for your new home.
Obtain Permits
Once you’ve approved the blueprint, we submit it to the City/County for approval and necessary permits required to begin construction.
Start Construction
Once permits are received, we can begin construction on you new home! The construction process takes approx. 8-10 months.

From there we’ll help you figure out how to work all of this into your exciting new home design.
